Receipt of Order
When you submit your order online, you will be sent an automatic receipt of order e-mail as confirmation, which will include your unique order number. You should keep this number safe for any future correspondence pertaining to queries or problems with your order.
Once we have received your order, we will despatch your goods within two working days.
For standard UK delivery you will need to allow two to three working days for the service. Overseas locations will require between three and seven working days for delivery.
Standard UK delivery costs just £8.00 including VAT for every 8 rolls ordered up to a maximum of £24. Overseas delivery carries the appropriate charge to your location for the amount of rolls ordered. Please check transaction total before purchase.
Delivery to an address which is not your own
If you’d like your order to be delivered to a different address, simply fill in the address details in the ‘Shipping Address’ box when you place your order.
Items not in stock
In the event that an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail within 24 hours (on working days only). You will not be charged for the item.
Return of faulty goods
If you receive a product which is faulty in any way, we will replace the item or give you a full refund at no extra cost.
Always make sure that you check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If you do find a fault, return a sample of the product with its original label to us at the address below. It may not be necessary to return the whole item but if you’re not sure, please contact us.

Return of non-faulty goods
If you have changed your mind about a product and would like to return a non-faulty item, you are entitled to a refund providing that you have had the product for under seven working days. Please note, however, that you will receive the full amount minus the initial delivery charge. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return the unwanted goods in a re-saleable condition; that is, unopened and undamaged.
